Hi Mountain Jerky Cure & Seasoning Kits were created so you can make authentic American style jerky at home using prime Australian meat. Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat of your choice. Each kit seasons up to 15 lbs. (6.8kg) of whole muscle meat or 10 lbs. (4.5kg) of ground meat. Kits includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions
Jerky is quick and easy to make and can be made in an oven, smoker or dehydrator.
